Cubitec Shelving
The Cubitec Shelving system (1998) has everything you'd want in a modular storage design: stability, strength, versatility and value. It is prized throughout Europe's retail shops, airports and offices for its limitless configurations, easy assembly and mutable aesthetic. Each kit contains 18 panels to create up to six attached cubes, depending on your choice of assembly. Two cubes can be doubled in depth, using the remaining parts to accommodate larger items. The cubes can be attached vertically or horizontally with the included plastic hardware, and easily anchor to the wall with common fasteners (not included) for configurations that exceed heights of three cubes. Made of hollow injection-molded polypropylene, a corrugated core allows the shelving components to be superbly strong and lightweight. Each shelf is able to hold 55 lbs. The Cubitec shelves to be equally at home in playful or sophisticated environments, and even includes a clear option for subdued retail or gallery display. The bases of the shelving units have small runners to lift the cubes slightly off the ground for easy cleaning. Each kit comes with complete instructions and assembly hardware. Average time for assembly is 30-45 minutes per kit.
NOTE: Please plan out your configuration thoroughly before assembly. It is difficult to disassemble after the final stage of assembly has been completed.
Please note, Cubitec cannot be used with the Cubits shelves, doors or backs.
