Paola Rodriguez Arias

Drawing inspiration from her childhood in Colombia, Geneva-based mixed-media artist Paola Rodriguez Arias celebrates the handicraft of her homeland as well as the beauty of spontaneity. Her works are born from a need to experiment, and by swapping paint for yarn, the former fashion designer explores symbols, rituals, memories, and gestures with a rhythmic movement and tactile elegance.
