Details
Herman Miller has a long tradition of styling its physical spaces with bold ads and graphics, a process it calls “environmental enrichment.” Fans of the brand often ask where they can find these works of art, which prompted the company to reprint select pieces from its archives. Linda Powell’s 1979 poster designed to advertise the Ergon Chair (1976) typifies Herman Miller’s commitment to ergonomic excellence. Powell illustrated the seated exercises, such as “Tiptoe while seated, using the chair’s rocking motion,” with a human form outlined in three bright colors to depict movement.
- Archival artwork reproduced from the Herman Miller archives.
- A high resolution digital print on 100% cotton paper.
- Appears to float in its frame, creating a graphic look when on the wall.
- American maple frame with a white, black, or natural finish.
- Made by hand in Austin, Texas.
