Details

The form of the 111 Navy Stool (2010) derives directly from the legendary 1006 Navy Chair, which was designed for use on WWII submarines, where durability was vital. A key component of that strength, carried over to the 111, are leg stretchers, which typically are not found on plastic stools and give the 111 a sturdiness to stand up to frequent use. The Navy Chair design constitutes proprietary Trade Dress. This is the authentic 111 Navy Stool by Emeco.
  • Each stool is made from 111 recycled plastic Coke® bottles.
  • Production of the 111 keeps 3 million bottles out of landfills each year.
