Designers Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou, graduates of the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, co-founded Space Copenhagen to design furniture and interiors for some of the most influential restaurants in the world, including the likes of Noma in Denmark. Their Gravity Table Lamp (2018) takes its name from how it anchors a lightweight airy shade with a hefty cylindrical base, merging components into a sculptural whole. Bulb (not included): LED, CFL or incandescent; E26 base; 42W max. UL Listed. Made in China.

Space Copenhagen

Space Copenhagen is a design studio founded by Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou. Following an approach they call Poetic Modernism, the duo works across multiple disciplines to “forge new paths by balancing opposites” – whether that’s developing interiors for restaurants like Noma or designing furniture, lighting, and refined objects for homes and hotels across the world.
