An Italian classic now exclusively at DWR, the Dezza 48 Armchair was designed in 1965 by Gio Ponti, perhaps the most influential Italian architect and designer of the 20th century. Beautifully handcrafted and meticulously upholstered by generations of Italian artisans at Poltrona Frau, Ponti’s armchair brings a modern sensibility to luxurious comfort. Its innovative design – which consists of just four interconnected pieces – is at once soft, sleek, and grand. Its clean lines and sweeping flourishes celebrate the Italian architect’s love of industrial design layered with plush comfort. The tapered triangular wood legs are a Ponti signature, while the goose-down headrest layers on additional comfort. Made in Italy.
