“My collections are all about comfort, sculptural shapes, and bold proportions,” says Australian designer Sarah Ellison. Having grown up in the 1970s, Ellison is nostalgic for overstuffed sofas and materials like velvet, but takes them in a more modern direction with her Muse Sofa (2017). With its curvy modular form and luxe but low-maintenance upholstery, Muse is a dynamic showstopper that’s also wonderfully livable. Made in China.
