Weaving together contemporary designs with 3,500-year-old craft, Beni Rugs brings remarkable artistry to every step of rug making. Designed in partnership with Beni Rugs, the DWR-exclusive Fences Wool Moroccan Rug (2024) is crafted from heritage-quality, humanely shorn wool from Atlas Mountain sheep and is methodically hand woven by highly skilled artisans. The rug is then washed, dried, and mended by experts at Beni’s fair-trade workshop in Morocco – a process that gives each rug an incredible softness and luster, and can take up to 12 weeks. Fences’s graphic geometric pattern and bold palette will add rich substance to any space. Its plush, durable pile is the result of materials, techniques, and artistry crafted to last generations. Due to the handmade nature of this product, there may be a 4% size variation. Vacuum periodically without a rotating brush. Shedding is a natural, common occurrence and will decrease over time. Rug pad recommended. Made in Morocco.
