Designed by Danish master Verner Panton, the Panton Wire Shelving (1971) is a timeless, adaptable system that meets a range of needs: Bookshelf, wall-mounted shelving, or room divider. The suspended wire shelves are made from sturdy lacquered steel. Choose from two combinations, low or high, with the option of an elegant marble top plate for even more shelf space. “The main purpose of my work is to provoke people into using their imagination and make their surroundings more exciting,” said Panton, and his shelving system brings this purpose to life. Use it in the living room to store books, display magazines, showcase objects, or house electronics. Made in Denmark.
